The Welfare- to-Work Programme (W2WP) aims to transit youths who are on welfare into permanent lucrative employment as well as provide further education opportunities.

The project involves taking welfare recipients to the work environment provided initially by partner NGOs to provide beneficiaries with relevant work experience.

This project includes the recruitment and selection, assessment, placement and on-job development, case management, training and developmental education, support services and job retention services.

It helps participants to be ready for the world of work and provide them with work experience to help them to get and to keep a job.
