Our partnership model with the Gauteng Department of Social Development is aimed at tackling the problem of unemployment at its root with a clear objective to make an impact in bringing the unemployment figures down. As a result, one of the means agreed upon of reducing unemployment, particularly in remote areas, is through the provision of a platform that will enable job seekers to have access to opportunities.

These established IThuba Centres form part of the Provinces' Tshepo 1m initiative which is aimed at employment creation and entrepreneurship development. This initiative is provided alongside COMPULSORY Life Skills Workshops that aim to educate and equip applicants with the prerequisites employers look for when conducting interviews.
