Our partnership model with the Gauteng Department of Social Development is aimed at tackling the problem of unemployment at its root with a clear objective to make an impact in bringing the unemployment figures down. As a result, one of the means agreed upon of reducing unemployment, particularly in remote areas, is through the provision of a platform that will enable job seekers to have access to opportunities.
These established IThuba Centres form part of the Provinces' Tshepo 1m initiative which is aimed at employment creation and entrepreneurship development. This initiative is provided alongside COMPULSORY Life Skills Workshops that aim to educate and equip applicants with the prerequisites employers look for when conducting interviews. Whether you require learners or host companies for your apprentices, we have the solution for you. Below is How it works
- We clarify your exact requirements.
- Sourcing - using our database, we source the exact candidates/employers that match your requirement and within days we have a shortlist for you.
- Interviewing - our skilled staff will conduct interviews and select the best candidates to interview.
- Contracting - Our skilled staff verifies and collates all paperwork and facilitates contract signing along with job preparedness and life skills training.
Solutions
Learner Recruitment Services
We assist clients to recruit learners, undertake interviews and shortlist better suitable candidates. We encourage the client to do the final selection from the shortlisted candidates.
Hosting for Apprentices
We can source host companies for the on-the-job experiential training for private apprentices and clients who are not able to host learners or are not work placed approved. Whilst not guaranteed, our placement success rate is high.
Mentorship
The mentorship programme provides support for businesses and young entrepreneurs.
